NYONE is the professional organization for nurses who design, faciltate, influence, and manage healthcare services in New York State. NYONE has as a goal to recruit members who are leaders from academia, long term care, home care, acute care and other service organizations to broaden and enrich our membership. We need you and your ideas as well as strength in numbers to provide leadership and participate in the development of public policy as it impacts on the access, cost, delivery and outcomes of health care in New York State. | | Please join NYONE in congratulating Ms Claire Murray - Saturday, June 19, 2010The American Nurses Association (ANA), the largest nursing organization in the U.S., has announced 19 registered nurses who will receive national awards for outstanding contributions to the nursing profession at ANA’s biennial House of Delegates meeting in Washington D.C. June 16-20, 2010.
The ANA House of Delegates is comprised of as many as 675 RNs, the vast majority of whom are elected by their state nursing associations, to help set the national nursing association’s agenda and positions for the upcoming two years.
